Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Great location very close to the station and an easy walk to the riverfront boats and restaurants. Our room overlooked the lake, which was nice. It was clean, and quiet. They helped us book a delta trip and we were very pleased with the tour. I'm glad we had air conditioning because it was hot. There was a good fly wire door on the balcony so we could get fresh air as well. We had a nice meal in the restaurant
This was our most warm welcome in all of Romania! The host is really sweet, she helped us to book a tour on the Donau delta. The apartment itself was a little small but you can take breakfast in the garden. There is a fridge in the hall wall. It had a bit a hostel vibe.
We had a nice talk with the host before we left and she gave us coffee for free. A really nice lady!
The room is a good price. the bed is fine, the kitchen is fine, everything works. ultimately for a budget traveller this should be fine. I do have a long list of grievances however.
Great location: so close to station but overlooking lovely lake. Friendly staff in reception who helped to find us a river cruise for the following day - it was a highlight of our holiday and hugely recommended. Comfortable room with lake view.
This property was perfect! It was in a great location and the host was really helpful and welcoming. Clean and comfortable.
Tulcea is definitely worth visiting and a trip on the Delta is a must. Recommend a 9/10 hour trip right out to Black Sea…… birds amazing!
Thank you Ionuț
Great location on a lake but near bus station and town centre.
