Staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were nice but stairs to the 1st floor were quite tight. I used the laundry service and my clothes were very clean and tidy. Guests were very nice as well!!
Self-check-in, on the phone reception. A passport digital copy has to be sent in advance.

- The location for me was very convenient as it was super close to the train station (which was exactly what I needed), but it was also feeling shady during night time
- The outside area was nice, with tables, hammocks and chair swings
- Spaces were all right and the beds were comfortable

I arrived later than I expected, so I was glad the main front door and reception were open. Air-conditioning was welcome, it was very hot this first week in August. Coffee available for 1-2 euros. Very good price-quality relationship.

Great location, walking distance to the Parliament square, the Old city, many restaurands and cofe shops. The free parking spot is a great benefit. Just like on the pictures. Safe neighbourhood and a phisical guard in the building. Highly recommend!
The staff made me feel so welcome, and they clean the rooms every day, even in the off season. The amenities are all functional, and the beds are comfortable. This is a great location, and I felt really safe at this hostel as a solo female traveller.
Great location, friendly staff, a budget-friendly place to spend the night safely! Although my party and I had to leave early before the included breakfast, the lounge we were shown had many amenities available outside of breakfast hours. I'm also very grateful to the staff for holding onto some belongings that were accidentally left behind and returning them to me.
Massive shout-out to the cleaner, Paula who is so lovely and will go out her way to help you with anything despite language barriers!
The hostel is very central and is decent if you need a cheap stay.
There are sockets by the beds.
Very kind staff, big bathroom, upgrade in the 8-beds dormitory and even, as I was there for the second time, the best bed !
Very quiet, as it is not a youth hostel.
