We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our trip to Madeira! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My husband and I came one day earlier and Felix receptionist comed late at night and found us place to stay in 5 minutes because we made mistake with reservations and that's not all. Accommodation was super comfortable and clean plus the nice green garden and comfortable beds.
He prepares eggs by your choice when you arrive to breakfast so its always fresh and warm not like other hotels. It was amazing.
On our last day we had to leave late at night and he made us sandwiches for our trip back home which was waiting for us on reception.
Most proffesional and kind service you will ever get! We will definitely come back because host was best experience on this beautiful jungle island.

It was comfy and the owner and housekeepers were super nice and caring. I felt very taken care of. It’s directly at the ocean which gifted me with the oceans sound all the time I was there. Everything was there for cooking decent meals.

We rented a private room with shared bath that overlooked the garden area, so we weren’t bothered by noise. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The common area living room was beautiful and nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was clean and had enough pots and pans for us to cook.

We loved the house with its pool area and sea view.
The banana plantations that surround the house give a tropical feel.

Hostel has cool balcony with great view. Host was really nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. There were few parking slots on the street. Place has family vibe which is nice. You can meet a lot of cool people.
My least favourite hostel yet. Dirty, smelly, no decent common area to meet other travellers. The owner was friendly but that was about it. Do not recommend.
Loved the comfy bed and the door I’m not sure if locked properly but I hope so. But I was safe all night. Bath room had some stains near plug for bath and some stains on sheets. Outdated amenities in the Kitchette, could be cheaper price
This was the best Hostel I have ever stayed at. Great location to base yourself out of to explore the island. Great community spirit at the hostel and there is always greats chatting available in the evening if one desires!
everything was amazing, one of the best or actually the best hostel I have ever been in Portugal , the people who work there suddenly become your family even in 4 days, I really recommend you to go and sleep here
