The breakfast was good in the mornings and they clean the bathroom from regularly. In the mornings there would be fresh fruit and cake and cereal for the breakfast where there was juice water coffee tea.

I had a very nice room with balcony. Bright, comfortable bed, great shower, great AC and WiFi. Staff was very helpful. Did not have issue with noise during my stay.

Excellent facilities, especially the kitchen and dining area. My room had just two beds, which was a pleasant change from the multi-bunk Camino dormitories, and clean and warm showers. Security and WiFi strength were was also very good.

The owner takes pride in making you feel welcome and goes an extra mile. The breakfast was unbelievable rich and healthy.The rooms, toilets and shower facilities were impeccable. The whole place is a labour of love. There is a little garden for everyone to use. The place is literally across the metro station Caroline Michaelis, which makes it easy to travel to and from the airport and in to the city center.
If you get a chance to book, don't hesitate.

Excellent location near Sao Bento train station, the bishop’s palace and the top of the bridge walk across to Gaia. Decent size drawers to store luggage and personal items. Beds were comfortable (it said there was a fan for each bed but I never saw one) and light/electric socket be the bed head was handy.

The location is 2 mins walk from the metro which provided cheap transport links to every tourist attraction we went to (as well as the airport). The room and bathroom were spotless and the air con was surprisingly quiet. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating - definitely the best hostel I have ever stayed in (felt more like a hotel!)
The beds were comfy and bathrooms were really good, great facilities and very clean.
It was also quiet so you could get a good night's sleep, seemed to be mainly an older crowd, people doing the Camino de Santiago rather than party, so that was a plus for me. All in all, great value for money, one of the best hostels I've stayed in for the budget range.
One of the best hostels in Porto! Comfiest beds with curtains and you didn’t even feel the 10 people in the room because of the layout. Probably not best for solo travellers as meeting people is a bit difficult. The bathrooms were clean! The best thing was the slot machine downstairs for playing games and the live music at the bar! Best hostel we have stayed in. Central garden & seating area was great particularly when we had a small room it made all the difference. Bedding changed everyday was excellent. Location was fantastic. Reception staff were v polite and helpful but perhaps improved training, didn't go out of their way to find out answers when didn't have info to hand. A welcome drink in price would have been nice. Not the cheapest hostel. We would come back.

This is the best hostel in Porto. (Trust me I have stayed in way too many hostels in this area.)
1. Bathrooms are very clean.

3. The beds in the dormitory have curtains and good mattresses.

It is located 20 minutes walking from metro Casa Musica. It's definetly not a central location, but it's quite, no tourists, supermarkets are close by and the place is next to the bus stop as well.
Bunks were comfortable, private, easy to store items and had charging ports within the bunks. We never had to wait for a shower/toilet to be free as there was always enough.
The hostel felt secure and safe with lockers with electronic locks to store personal items.
Rooftop bar was incredible! Cheap drinks and live dj music was so much fun.
Breakfast included was a nice addition to assist with saving for more important travel experiences.

The hostel has a really cool bar/patio in the middle so the rooms all look onto it. I enjoyed that this was a restaurant open to the general public so it felt like you were mixing with locals not just backpackers. The staff were really friendly and the wine was cheap! Super affordable and a great location.
