Absolutely exceptional hospitality, caring, help in any matter, spotless place in every aspect and also beautifully arranged with artistic talent of the owner. And help yourself place with a big jar of cold water with lemon, oranges, lime or herbs also a basket of fruit. I stayed there for 11 days and every day was fantastic. I loved the place. And the view of Pico Mountain which was visible from the window of the hostel was unforgettable.

Great location, near to the center of Madalena, good starting point to explore the island. Super nice view towards the seaside. Supermarket is around the corner and there were always enough parking spaces in front of the building.

This place felt more like a homestay than a hostel. Really felt welcome and wanted. The place is set in a beautiful garden, right on the edge of town and a short walk to restaurants. There is a separate workspace (if needed). Breakfast was a communal affair, and the pancakes were awesome. One of the best hostels I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many!
