Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Very friendly owner who really goes an extra mile for her guests to feel as comfortable as possible. Very nice house with a refreshing swimming pool, surrounded by romantic vineyards. Excellent breakfast with local produce. Great location, optimal starting position to explore the Douro valley.
Great location not far from Lamego and the motorway, but in the middle of the vineyard. Accommodation really comfortable, clean and with lots of character. The breakfast is just fantastic! Wine museum and pool added to the whole experience too. All the staff just lovely - very friendly and helpful.
Great location and though apartment do not have designated parking slot, in just 1 min walk there is a free public parking slot and we had no problem in finding a free space there.
Just is front of the entrance there's an excellent restaurant "Douro Excellence" high quality meals and wines.
We were positively surprised by the size of apartment and quality of the room in general. Everything was clean, a lot of equipment, doors locking with the code, no keys needed - 10/10.
Great location, newly renovated apartment which was spacious and nicely appointed. Easy contactless checkin, great communication with host and very secure
Great location close to the town centre. Both owners were most welcoming, advising us on the best local restaurants and historical sites. Breakfast was included and delicious, made of local produce, that was also catered for my partner, who is allergic to dairy. Large and clean room. I highly recommend it.
This property is absolutely amazing, the staff especially near are so kind and helpful. It is so peaceful and safe which was very important for myself and my motorcycle. The food was outstanding and would 100% recommend the place. Unfortunately being fron Wales in the UK its a little bit to far for a weekend away 😕
