The people working in Ljmonade Hostels were very kind and hospitable! They helped me in finding my way in Cascais and were very social to the guests
ECO Ljmonade Hostel is an independent travelers paradise right in the heart of Cascais. Located in a charming historical building, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

I loved staying at ECO Ljmonade. It was the perfect place to enjoy my holiday. Everything was super clean and the place itself was very cute. There’s a large common space and kitchen, so perfect to cook your own meals, plus the free coffee and bread were a big plus! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. A short walk to the city centre and train station, but the surrounding area was nice and calm! All around an amazing experience!

Stayed 1 night before a swimming event, and this was ideal - 10 minutes walk from Praia da Torre, and a small packed breakfast as I left early before the breakfast cafe opened. Also useful was the shared kitchen & fridge, a few restaurants right next door.
There's a Pingo Doce supermarket about 20 minutes walk away - it's the other side of a really busy road, so the easiest way to get there is to leave via the Inatel carpark as there's an underpass there.
Kind and friendly staff.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Very niiiiice place! Probably one of the best Hostels I have stayed. Very cozy, calm and beautiful place to relax and also work. Large terrace, comfortable kitchen and cozy lounge. Close to all the necessary places - train station, bus stops, Cascais city center with its beautiful promenade and beaches. The friendly staff deserves the highest marks! ✌️☀️ Very glad I chose this place! Thank you!
Amazing property, amazing host, helped create an amazing holiday. All around, great location, easy access to the town shops and restaurants. Also available are scooters and Uber is very cheap and made other journey easy.
Great location! The apartment is well located in a residential area in Cascais.
You have everything you need in the apartment, we stayed there for nearly 2 weeks and we felt at home.
We loved the pool on the rooftop.
Free parking! We were there in July and had no problem at all parking the car in front of the building. The area is also very safe.
This was literally the best hostel I've stayed. The staff was extremely friendly, the facilities were in great shape, there were a lot of free utilities such as drinking water, shampoo, towels, etc., that normally other hostels charge for. I can't recommend this place enough.
A lovely, unique little house. Loved all the paintings on the walls. Perfect base for Cascais. 20 minute walk into the main town and 3 minute walk from Lidl. The walk back from the town is slightly uphill but Bolt/Uber is so cheap it cost less than €4 each way. Felt very safe as 3 women and the little garden area was lovely too. The host was great, check in and check out was perfect. A very cost effective way of staying in Cascais. Would definitely visit again.
The apartment was in a great location in Cascais and not too far from Lisbon. Lots of facilities, great for small groups. Very comfortable and felt very safe.
This place is at a whole another level, it's more like a shared house rather than a hostel. It's ran by people passionate about surfing, so you can get cheap surfing lessons in the morning (11-13) as well as free coffee, breakfast and some laughs with beautiful people.
Great hostel+ with a pool and relaxing atmosphere. The best hostel I've stayed at so far! We booked a large, separate room with all the facilities of a nice hotel room. We came from Lisbon to beat the worst of the summer heat and appreciated the efficient ceiling fan and the pool. The hostel caters to those who like new experiences and meeting new people. It is located a short walk from the beach.
