Everything about this place was just perfect. I have now been travelling Portugal for 2 weeks and this has been my favourite hostel yet. Excellent breakfast selection included with price, jacuzzi, games, cinema room, hammocks etc. staff were lovely and so were the other travellers. Staying here felt like a little slice of luxury on my Rota Vicentina adventure. Thank you ❤️

I absolutely loved this house, felt so comfy and familiar. Everyone was super sweet, the location and nature is marvelous. Also this is not a touristic village, it felt very local. I stayed in a room with bathroom with my mom and I recommend this hostel to everyone, if you are a couple, family or friends or a solo traveller. I was absolutely IN LOVE and I want to come back like nowhere else in Portugal.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
For people who are travelling on a budget like us it seems to be the most affordable place to stay. The hostel is a bit old and I didn't like the bathrooms/showers. It wasn't unhygienic, but it wasn't totally clean either. The room was ok, not to my taste but it was spacious and clean. The staff was really kind though, breakfast was fine, I really liked, that they offered to take breakfast early, because you don't want to leave late if you're hiking on a sunny day.
The hostel was a short walk to the beach with a great beach bar. The beach was lovely. The hostel was very comfortable with a great kitchen/lounge communal area with a terrace, perfect for meeting people. A few local restaurants. On the bus route.
Amazing youth hostel.
Went with the family and stayed at a 4beds dormitory.
The room was clean and Big.
Breakfast was delicious with homemade cake in one of the days.
Staff super nice.
Breakfast was excellent - fair number of choices, and very fresh - but crowded and involved some waiting as the staff re-prepped things. Probably a typical youth hostel scene.
Staff was kind and flexible about early arrival - stored our backpacks until our room was ready.
Excellent budget stay with dormitory accommodation. Good buffet breakfast. When the Fishermens trail is busy - this is a great place to meet other walkers & exchange stories.
Large youth hostel, everything functional, heating available
