I checked in for one day, checked in at 17:00 and went to take a shower at 17:20 (10-15 minutes), upon returning to the room, I discovered that money was missing from my wallet!! the room was locked with a key!!!, I immediately contacted the administration, since video surveillance was installed in the room, the administration wrote that they had contacted the guards, but in total they just dragged their feet and did nothing and did not try to help in any way, in the morning they stopped responding to my messages altogether!!!

The building is new and the room and the bathroom were really clean. Also I had a door on a balcony and in the evening was really cool. The tram station is close and it brings you to the centre in 20 minutes.
