Tribal Huts Community, hotel in Daanbantayan

Located in Daanbantayan, a few steps from Bounty Beach, Tribal Huts Community has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant.

This was a great community to be a part of for a few days. Immediately you feel the good vibes and warmth from jonjon ganggang iray and more. The bed had a mosquito net as well as two fans and a bug zapper which kept any potential insects away. They also very kindly provided towels and eco friendly soap/shampoo. Great food, smoothies, and live music at the attached restaurant and you are right at the beach to go snorkeling with baby sharks. On top of all this they feed the local kids of the island and teach them music and art every Saturday. It really is beautiful!

Fantastic location, waking up to blue water outside my window. Aircon, easy going vibe, a beautiful balcony upstairs to enjoy the sunset or coffee. Babe and Adelyn were great hosts. Value for money cannot be beaten on Malapascua. Also, I felt that my belongings and self were safe. Comfy mattress too :) originally booked 3 nights, stayed 7.

It was a super nice hostel. It was in a nice village but super calm environment. A 5 min walk brought us to 2 different beaches. We had a private hut which was nice. The owners and the staff was super friendly and so helpful! Big recommendation!!

This was a great budget option to stay in Malapascua. I also would add that it was very clean, I have never stayed at a hostel so close to the beach which was so clean. I got a good night sleep every night even being up early to dive.

The place is super well located right next to the square with all the local restaurants and super close to the beach. It is also one of the most affordable around the island. The staff was very very nice. And the best part was that the room is sound proof, they have karaoke in the hostel bar but you can not hear a thing from inside the room.
