Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Location is good. BUT the ABSENCE of ADEQUATE PARKING SPACE makes a stay uncomfortable. Rest is disturbed by the possibility of having your unguarded motor vehicle - parked in an unsafe / very far area burglarized and/or vandalized.
We always order the fried bangus its delicious. The Hotel has a great location and is accessible within walking distance to Mall, Public Market and our office Standard Insurance Laoag Branch.
I stayed a total of 3 weeks in Laoag and frequently switched between the budget places. In this price range, I decidedly liked Riton Apartelle best. It's secluded enough for some quiet time (which is rare in Laoag), but not too secluded. It only took a few minutes on foot to good restaurants (near Northwestern Uni) and a co-working spot (with an outstanding cafe next to it). Price/Value is excellent imo.
Great Location close to everything. Super good wifi. Wonderful hot shower. Comfy beds. Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Cool city. We saw the motorcycle taxi parade and loved it! Mind blown. Great old church tower too. City full of friendly people.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Feels like home. They were accommodating regarding our breakfast request. Very affordable. Perfect for our budget. Parking is ample and can accommodate several vehicles.
The apartment is private, spacious, clean and comfortable. Great value. Easy check-in, good communication from the hosts.
The shower has nice hot water. Hosts left drinking water and coffee. The bedroom has a powerful A/C.
Location is also good. There’s a 7-11 and a nice local restaurant one block away (called Personaz). The neighborhood is safe and was walkable to downtown area.
