Pleasant place to stay and central. All necessary features (except window)…had curtains though. Breakfast okay. Gave good advice especially on bus to the airport, where to catch it (Mabini Market) and cost (40 pesos) all satisfied my budget.
The staffs were very accommodating and they accept extensions per hour, which is a big plus! It is really cheap and good for very affordable quick stay in. Just enough space for backpacker.
the Place is best I have ever stayed at mainly due to friendly staff also the hole place is very clean and well maintained. The pool is great cleaned daily the food is really good and cheap. Area is great not too far away from things and is very safe and quiet. its great place for families with kids to stay. Defiantly be turning.

The place is exactly as advertised. It's a cheap place to stay that provides exactly what it says it does. It's perfect for passing through when you just need a clean, safe and comfortable place to rest. I'd stay there again.
