The location is good. Not hassle with the check-in process. The unit is clean with complete equipment needed. It's just during our stay, the wifi is a bit slow, and Netflix always has problems connecting because of slow internet. But the whole stay is good, and we are looking forward to another stay with Macks.

Complimentary evening cocktail. Staff were kind enough to have a breakfast sandwich ready for my very early checkout at 5am. Great location, close to the airport and main strip for bars and clubs.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Location is good for market shopping/launder, cinema and eating out, supermarkets, staff very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and other amenities are great and the beer is cheap, The place is very nice just to relax and enjoy as they close all other rooms, great for families and friends.
The unit itself is very clean. Complete with kitchen appliances, washing machine, wifi and TV. It's also, very near to the places we needed to go, and cheaper than your average hotel.
