Overall, it was a good experience, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The dorms were clean, the shower is awesome and the area upstairs is very nice.
The location was not perfect, cause despite being just a short walk of everything, it’s not right in the middle of Miraflores. The kitchen is fully equipped but the itens are old.
The staff is nice, especially the girls at reception but at times it seems like they’re watching you and you don’t feel at home.

The hostel has a lot of character and it's in a great location in Barranco. My room was huge too and was a treat for my last 2 nights in Peru. Good bar area and free walking tours also leave from the hostel. I would definitely recommend. Trying to decide on a hostel in Lima felt like a minefield, but you won't be disappointed staying here. Lots of lovely streets to walk around and cafés etc. Ubers are really cheap to Miraflores too.

Great location, felt very safe. Wonderful staff - special shout out to Vanessa on reception who was extremely kind and went above and beyond. The hostel was super clean (even the shared bathrooms). Private rooms were a great size and an absolute bargain when considering that and the location etc.

Hostel is in a good state, however they are building a new bar downstairs do it can be a bit noisy in the morning.

- customer service. We had an issue with 2 members of staff on reception (the others were all fantastic), after that management proactively contacted us and rectified the issue professionally. This showed how seriously they take customer service here and ultimately I felt impressed

the showers aren’t very powerful but the water is hot. wifi was also good. the only downside was the location, it’s safe but quite far from central Lima and other tourist areas however Ubers are cheap and a plus side is the hostel is closer to the airport than other areas.
