My favorite place to stay in Bocas.. Jaguar and his staff are super friendly and helpful… The 3 hour happy hour is great, the two kitchens are greatly needed when it’s busy and the location over the water is perfect for relaxing in the hammocks… Also, the improvements to Old Bank and the trail to Wizard Beach itself have helped with the whole experience.
Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere.

Everything was great except for two things.
Location was great with awesome views, own dock, pool, and a trail behind the property
Food was good, both breakfast and dinner
Access might be a challenge for some since reaching the property will require going up steps and an uphill ramp

Perfect little spot with some incredible views. Really comfy bed. Hammocks to enjoy our on the balcony. All in all a really nice place.

Very good value for the price. The staff was super welcoming and helpful! Very clean and many places to hang around and social with other backpackers. Free breakfast was nice too! Highly recommend that place!!
I enjoyed the location, the many places to stay to chill inside the hostel. The staff like Katyana, Carolina and Manuel were the best.

The hostel is located on a quiet neighborhood in the northern part of Bocas Town. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn' t use the kitchen so I can' t comment on that area.
Reliably hot showers, roof top seating, and complimentary coffee will always win me over. Private room even had a mini fridge and aircon which is quite luxurious by hostel standards.
Overall Cliffs hostel was good.
Nice common area to hang out in, the kitchen had the things you needed and pancake breakfast in the morning. Also AC in the room was nice.
