Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
As it is very centric, I would say it is a OK and budget place to stay in case you don't want to travel from the Azuero beaches to Panama in one go with your children. Otherwise it seems great for business men.
The owner's attention was the best... she makes you feel at home, she is friendly and offers very good service. The hostel is clean, comfortable and has a very relaxing backyard with hammocks.
A good and safe hostel to spend the night. It's located a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. It's generally clean and the owner and her staff are lovely.

I arrived early and was able to work on their nice covered front patio (with Wifi). The hotel was older, but has charm and character. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Access to the rooms is locked, which made me feel safe as I was alone on this trip. LOVED the wonderful covered patio in front of my room (Room 109).
There's a nice little bakery with sweet and savory treats right next door and the town square is right out the front door. I was able to walk to both of my errands (the notary and Grupo Mega).
