Bambuda castle is lovely! Some of my favorite features were the views, the kitchen, the people I met staying in the dorm, the luxorious dorm bathroom, my comfy bunk, and the highly enjoyable pool and hot tube. I also appreciated the affordable menu and drink prices.

The facility is set up so that guests have a chance to really interact and share experiences.
Carlos is very helpful and brings a warmth and sense of community to everyone that stays there. He also has a fantastic vinyl selection!
Mavel is very kind and takes care to make sure that everyone has what they need.
The retreat is on the mountainside so the views of the surrounding area are stunning. It is easily reached by the local bus which passes by at least every 30 minutes and costs 75 cents to get to and from the town.

My experience was positive. Mr. Peter and his wife were very kind during my stay. The place is appropriate for people who enjoy the countryside and being relaxed. There is a stream on the property where you can take a dip or simply enjoy the sound of the stream.
Also, if you wish, you can enjoy the restaurant, swimming pool, and adjacent natural waterfall where you have free admission to the facility.
I recommend it to people who love a country atmosphere and serenity.

Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
It’s such a peaceful place … nothing than nature around. Although the treehouse is open all around, we felt safe and cozy, not even insects or anything were joining us. The upstairs toilet was very comfortable, and there is also a „real“ bathroom with warm water downstairs. Or just take a swim directly in the river :) the spacious outdoor kitchen is also a highlight!
