lovely location, solid amenities and fantastic choice for the Abel Tasman hike and to be close to the ocean/beach; stayed here a second time later in my trip. One of my favorite areas in all of my Nz travels

The view was absolutely breathtaking. Jean is a fantastic host! We were arriving later than expected and she went in and turned on the heat and the lights to ensure it was comfortable when we arrived. Jean also came down to meet us the following day to ensure we got there safely and that we had everything we needed. Absolutely stunning property, incredibly clean and tidy, homely, friendly animals, beautify maintained, 10/10.
Perfect for a family on a budget. It’s a hostel with heaps of character, awesome owners , very friendly, perfect location, comfortable room, hot showers, and good kitchens with all you need to cook your own meals.
