House felt very welcoming, comfortable, nice quiet area, safe, secure, great parking! Even had a laundry which was very handy! Great location in Hamilton close to lake and hospital.

Great location. Safe. Quiet. We had milk in our fridge, tea coffee. Really lovely stay. Alley way nearby but still private. Fruit trees on property were yummy. House is warm. Comfortable if you have a family. Our children loved it. They call it our Hamilton house haha.
A good option for budget travellers. I paid less here than I would for a private room in a hostel with a shared bathroom, so honestly I thought it was fine for the price! The location is excellent, wifi works well, there’s a small fridge in the room.
Great location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Facilities were inline with the price, great budget accommodation.
The attached restaurant Portofino was excellent.
Great location, comfy bed, awesome shower, clean, easy, great parking, close to everywhere, quiet, really cheap, definatly staying there if within an hours drive..
property was great, cleaned and well maintained. tight parking space yes but none the less you get parking on the property which is safer then parking it outside. overall a fantastic experience. don’t let what I wrote about the things I didn’t like stop you from coming here for a cheap place to stay.
