Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Fantastic view of the fjord from our room and its balcony, as well as from the dining room and the garden. Very helpful staff. Coffee and a nice breakfast bag when we had to leave at 6.30 AM. Great location as a base for excursions in the area. We went there by bus with some delays and changes, but would recommend the Norled ferry through the fjord, which we used from Sogndal to Bergen.
This apartment is very comfortable, has a great view of the Fjord, in a great location close to the town. The apartment is well-equipped, with a comfortable bed (a bit of a tight squeeze), and a good lounge area and deck overlooking the fjord. The kitchen had all you need.
Great location in centre of town. You had to be careful to pay for your parking using the ticket machine to make sure you were covered during paid hours the next morning. Good sized rooms with old fashioned American style furniture.
Close to restaurants and shops.
Simple but comfortable rooms. Very clean facilities and good breakfast spread. Easily accommodated us with 2 rooms together even though booking was made in less than 24hrs before arrival. Very good for a hostel style accommodation. Felt very safe travelling with kids
