We signed up for trail run close to the castle. I was expecting a really basic hostel type situation which was not the case. On arrival we were blown away by the size of the court yard, not even mentioning the sleeping hall which was spacious and clean. The showers were really good as well as the toilets. The following day we were up early preparing for the trail run, coffee was ready and breakfast was served by our super nice host. I am definitely coming back here again if I am in the area again. Highly recommended.

A very unique hostel experience. I had the entire place to myself! The bathrooms are beautifully modern and clean. It was perfect for a night's stay before doing the Sittard parkrun the next morning. Lovely green surroundings, but be prepared for some hills if you're coming by bike! My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the café gave me a free drink while I waited and had a very personalised and thorough check-in.
Great location next to a pond with some nice walks in the area. Very quiet. Nice apartment. Door is opened via an app - no having to carry an extra key. Really friendly host. Kitchen has everything you need. Would be even better in the summer!
