The hostel is in a very pretty neighbourhood and the metro station is right across. The hostel itself is so pretty with a great attention to detail to the interiors, very vintage aesthetics. There’s also a small gym which is such a good add on for a hostel. I really did have the best stay here

We enjoyed our stay at this property. I can only comment on the private, hotel-like rooms. Everything was comfortable and clean. Staff were kind and the lobby bar/cafe was a nice place to relax. We didn't really spend much time at the hostel throughout the day, so we didn't mind the basic, no frills approach. The best thing about this property is the location. We appreciated being in a more residential/local area, but still easily accessible to the Center and De Pijp by walking and tram. The airport bus is a 3 minute walk away and comes every 10 minutes. A no-brainer.

Great Hostel for a short trip. Beds were very comfy.
The properly was very clean and tidy. Staff members were helpful and friendly. The bunk bed in the hostel room was super comfy. The continental breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice. The overall experience was very welcoming. Would definetly recommend. Great location too.

After staying here we went onto Berlin where we got a room twice as nice for 60% of the price.
The room with the bunk beds was very small and dark however the property was very nice and in a great location. The bunk beds rooms however were cheap and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere affordable to sleep with plans to not spend much time in the room.
Great location in a park! Quiet, beautiful, 40 min walking to the railway station (there is a tram nearby also). The hostel is big and full of people, so it is possible to meet new people from all around the world.

I felt it was value for money. I got exactly what I paid for. Amsterdam is expensive, and everything I found under the price I paid for Abba was youth hostels with shared bunk beds. Not quite my vibe. But everything that this hotel advertised, it delivered.
The personnel were super cool and helpful. The hostel is pretty close to markets and public transport. The location was not nearly as bad as descibed in some internet forums. There was not a moment when we felt unsafe even during out nightouts. We had certain hesitations when choosing a female-only hostel (what about NBs? etc.), but It was the cheapest option we had and we do not regret it. Also getting rid of the male-gaze was a plus.
