The bed was comfy and clean, the bathrooms and showers were clean every afternoon, the AC worked perfectly fine and the cats were super cute to look at the reception. We could even do an earlier check in, as there were not that many people at the time of our visit. The location is great: close enough to the city center to walk, and yet far enough to not hear a lot of noise.

I alaways state that the Owner and staff make the Hostel into a Home☺️
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great location within a beautiful temple just off the busy road with a cafe just over the road, serving a great range of food. Room was spacious and well maintained. Safe and secure entrance to the hotel. There was options to buy water and drinks too which is always an added bonus. In walking distance to Melaka river and night markets.
The best part of the stay was the staff who were all very friendly but especially Willy who went above and beyond to assist us. The price was brilliant compared to other stays in the area.
Host was so friendly:) He gave lots of info to me! What a welcoming hostel! And, u know sooo cheap / affordable price. Great location! Easy to get a jonker street and Dutch square! Less than 5 mins
very quiet and clean, but with common space so easy to mingle. great location, comfortable beds. Sam is very helpful! the best hostel i’ve ever stayed.
Good vibe in the lobby with people greeting me, offering snacks, etc. Comfy, spacious sleeping pod and secure locker provided. I was stranded at the hostel by the weather after checking out and the staff helped me try to get a taxi (very busy with chinese new year) and made me feel really welcome to hang out there until the storm had passed. Great location too- I felt safe walking home late at night alone.
Great location, very social hostel with both free tours and really cheap tours. There is a nice roof-top to hang-out in.
Good layout of dorms with your own space and lokers
For this budget, I've been to many backpacker hostel, I consider this clean, good and cozy. good for the vostLocation is great, few minutes walk from jonker street and theres plenty food places nearby. Next to the river line which makes it very pleasant to walk to. my favourite part was pantry area which is really pretty part of the hostel overlooking river walk and cruise boats along the river.
One of the best hostels we’ve stayed in. It is clean and comfortable, the staff and owner are super nice, great location and there is an amazing rooftop and relaxing area.
Great location, room interior are really aesthetic (room is really like what the ads shows) and clean with friendly staff (just ask them where to find nice n cheap food😂). Its only walking distance to all attractions, major plus point! Stadhuys buiding is literally next to us n others only take 5-10min walks. If you're worried about parking u can park near tabung haji to be safe, just pay entrance fee a lil bit. Really great experience👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
