Firstly, Emilio was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He assisted many times with questions and information saving me lots of time and pesos! He speaks very good English and was very encouraging when I tried to speak to him in Spanish.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Room is a good size, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of tea, coffee and water.

Very nice externals. Position is good (close to ADO and city center) and price is low.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The hostel is super cute and the location is great. We have a car and were afraid of letting our car in the street but it is pretty safe around!
The private room is very big, so is the bed and confortable
Great location and easy to find. Room had plenty of space. Jesus gave us recommendations of local restaurants and things to see upon arrival, and gave us a map with all the information. He was incredibly helpful and friendly! Breakfast was toast with granola and fruit, very tasty and fresh.
Due to sudden sickness, we had to stay an extra night. Jesus helped accommodate us last minute and he made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and safe. Very thankful to have had him!
I would rate this hostel higher than 10 if I could! The staff, facilities, location, and value were all exceptional. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers that are kept super clean. The kitchen was large, clean and well equipped for any kind of cooking. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and willing to answer any questions. The hostel looks onto a lovely square with trees and benches, away from the busy street. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. I hope to be back one day!
This was one of the best hostel of my life! Excelent staff so lovely that when I need something always there is someone to help me, I feeling like in my house, I will miss to Teresita and Edgar (I recommend take Mayan cooking class for a cheap price) . I will to come back some day I promise
I really liked the location, close to every needed supply or transportation.
I liked the people as much the two owners as the different others backpackers.
I liked their advice about Cenote, Chichen Itza and Ek balam.
I liked that the cooking tools were new.
It was so far my best hostel experience.
Great location. Nice hot showers. Staff is very friendly and have lots of helpful tips about sightseeing cenotes and ruins in the area as well as transportation for them. Really beautiful unique hostel. Was recommended to stay here by another backpacker I met in a different city. Really glad I listened to the recommendation. Would stay here again!
Great budget accommodation and love the fact they offer a female dormitory, which not all hostels in Valladolid do - so it would always be my preference. Locker free of charge. Safe and secure. Not too far a walk from the main square. Offers breakfast and / or coffee for purchase. Small kitchen you can use and bottled water available.
