A great place to meet other travelers and explore the area! The view from the rooftop terrace overlooking the palmerie is spectacular. The host (Jamal) will go out of his way to help with anything you need. He gave me a tour of the old medina, arranged a visit to a hammam, and provided directions to visit the Ikalalne Mosque (under restoration and open to tourists). He even helped me get a repair done on my motorcycle and made sure my motorcycle was in a secure parking place! I highly recommend staying here!

The host was very welcoming and had the most awesome personality. He went out of his way to make my stay perfect. He also had the best 'atay' tea which was very important to me and he somehow read my mind. His place was stunning and really represented his culture very well. I also noticed his impeccable bathrooms were more clean than the other Moroccan places I stayed before.

The property was so beautiful, there was a living room, a pool and a great terrace to sit and relax. The views were also incredible!
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
The building itself is beautiful with a terrace overlooking the oasis - The staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations, creating a very friendly atmosphere. By far, the best hostel I have stayed in in Morocco!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The whole place was filled with Moroccan charm. Beautiful views and a great location for visiting the gorge and wandering through the palmerae.
The hostel had a great location with the perfect terras next to the River. Rachid is really nice annddd a good chef. We eat at the hostel for 2 nights and it was one of the best food we got so far in marroc. In the evening we enjoyed a drink and listent to some music. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely come back
Lovely friendly hostel, really nicely done in great location. Friendly and informative staff. Had a really nice feel about it, the breakfast was good and the music 8n the even8ng was nice and not too noisy. Great terraces and garden. Quadruple room suited us and our boys, not massive but plenty big enough and comfy and cozy.
Hike and chill is probably the best hostel we stayed in Morocco. Situated in Old Medina it has a lot of charm and beauty. The tarrace has an amazing view of the area and the surrounding mountains. Super clean. The host Jamal is genuinely helpful and open to help and support in any way needed. The cat is great and he dds to the charm of the tarrace :)
Also the brekfast is delicious
Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The host really goes out of his way to look after his guests. 11/10 rating. I would highly recommend staying here
This is actually the best Hostel I found in Morocco.
Djamal is really careful about every single detail and gentle at anytime to make happy the costumer. His breakfast was just wow.
There is also an awesome rooftop to chill and enjoy the view to feeling at home from the first moment.
100% satisfied and hopefully to be back soon in this huge place.
