Nicely lost in the middle of the mountains, great view and surrounded by nature.
Even if we were the only customers, we could still order food on our arrival.
Really nice room with a living room included and all the outdoor areas.
Was a bit quiet on a weekday in April, but at a better time and with more customers, the place must have a great lively feeling.

Staying in La Joya was a really nice expriences which also helped us get into the local culture, it's pretty centric located and it has facilities, there was no breakfast included and the staff was pretty attentive even though they didn't understand french to the perfection but we managed to communicate. I would stay again and recommend La Joya for travellers like us in Chefchaouen.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Great location, Nice Room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
