The host was super friendly and helpful, the location was great with an amazing view of the ocean. A light breakfast served on the terrace shared with other guests was a nice experience too.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Soul Surf Hostel. First of all, there was no one at the reception to help when I arrived. Despite my check-in time being at 12 PM, I wasn’t given access to my room until 2 PM, leaving me waiting for hours. To make matters worse, I requested a fresh towel, which never arrived, even though I mentioned that I had a tour at 2 PM.
I asked them to cancel my booking because I simply couldn’t stay in a hostel with such poor hospitality, but they refused to refund me. In the end, I had no choice but to book another hostel.
I would strongly advise against staying here. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and Booking.com was no help when I tried to reach out for assistance. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying at a place like this.

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The staff were great, even printed my boarding pass which I appreciated. Really liked the opening and closing door for people touch. Very cheap, just a tad over 20 pound a night, brilliant value for money. Pool looked lovely. Lovely foyer area. Enjoyed having a balcony. Great location. Has a bidet. Overall, for the money it's a bargain, however the bad points make you realise why it's so cheap. Good sized room.
A lovely place to relax...
