The host Kostha is a great guy. He is super friendly and is always proposing plans and helping with what to do around the area. He also offers to rent one of his scooters or even takes you to different places. He usually cooks dinner and shares it with the guests. Having hosts like him makes the experience of staying in the place much better.

The welcome drink (passion fruit) was really good. Sanju was willing to accommodate my breakfast and Sri Lankan milk tea requests. The owner also runs a restaurant. That made it convenient for meals. Super host. They really go out of their way to let you have an enjoyable time. Everything he proposed as side activities was well arranged and decently priced. Always a smile and always at the ready. Great restaurant as well! You have to order a tuk tuk to go to the city center, but that’s manageable.

The location was perfect, the vibe was always good, high energy, friendly and fun. The owner and his family and friends are all helpful and welcome everyone as family, ensuring their guests are happy and having a positive experience. This was the best place to meet like-minded solo travellers who enjoyed a good party! Very cheap price with a lovely traditional breakfast included. The hostel is absolutely beautiful!! It's a bit further from the main road hurdled in nature which makes it a relief away from the busy city. Breakfast was made vegan for me and so delicious!!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a serene setting. I felt a calmness come over me as soon as I arrived having initially been a bit nervous as a first time solo traveller. Every staff member is kind and attentive, often suggesting additions to your travel route or tips for making life a little easier! Roy and Roshun are open to suggestions and are actively trying to make this the best hostel
The location is great, near restaurants and main attractions of Sigiriya. The place is safe and the owner was very kind. He came everyday to see us and made sure we got evertyhing we need. He helped us booking safari and it was cheaper than on internet. His driver was excellent. On check out day, we were supposed to take train. Due to strike, no train. He took 5 hrs of his time to drove us at the new destination. Thank you so much !!!!!
Wow this place ! Where can i start! One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. The owner Costa is so nice and so inviting !! We all became one family and I will remember this place forever !
The place is super clean the lounge area is very big.
Service was exceptional- the owner even gave me a lift to an ATM and helped arrange transport. Breakfast was alright too. The overall vibe is very nice and it’s close to a big hostel that has a bar and organises cheap excursions you can join. Location is a bit far from everything - but if you know that before coming it’s fine. Also had dinner at the restaurant. Food was alright but waiting time quite long.
What a wonderful place, but this is becouse the staff is lovely, the best Hostel I have ever satayed. They make your stay unique and that the place keep a special magic for all the travelers who pass by. They make you feel like at home every thing is easy with them. The common area is very well put together, gives homie-vibes and it's very prone to meet other travelers in the hostel. The staff of the hostel, also, promote a good integration for everybody, organizing certain activities in group that everyone can participate in, like going to the lake, watching sunset in a secret place or doing BBQ

Just perfect - Roy has been able to build this amazing backpackers heaven offering different activities, family dinners all to produce a form of community! It is obviously not the cheapest hostel you can find but to be honest, it is completely worth it: the beds are extremely confortable, and Roy and his team will usually go out of their way so that you have a pleasant stay ❤️ I can’t thank them enough for this really great stay
