Very clean and similar to the pictures, nice common room and kitchen, the hosts are very welcoming and you are treated so well. The breakfast is good and really big for the price. I think this hostel is really not scamming you and I would stay here again for sure.

Very friendly and helpful host, who went out of his way to help us with some odds. Safe area, walkable, even after dark. 15 min walk to the famous Indian food hub, relatively close to shops, pharmacies, supermarket. Comfy bed and hot hot shower!

I really like this hostel because they go above and beyond for their guests. Every Thursday, they offer a family dinner plan, allowing everyone to enjoy authentic Sri Lankan cuisine together.

I like the fact that it was so close to the rain and the Peradeniya-Badulla main road. It was very accessible. I also liked the staff. They made me coffee everytime I asked and made me yummy breakfast in the morning. They also offered to take me around to places that needed reservations and even made the reservations for me. They were willing to arrange transportation at night too. The staff was very friendly.

Very poor facility, need renovation. Should cost even less for what they offer
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Location was great, right next to the station. The garden out the front was so pretty and lovely and you had a nice view. The man who owns the house was so lovely and accommodating and took care of anything we needed (laundry, towels, etc.). He even brought us over some chocolate which was super sweet of him. The shower and bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a fan in the room (no ac but we didn't need it). Really nice and super cheap restaurant around the corner too!
In a quiet area with great views over the tea plantations.. Nice staff. A hot water shower was much appreciated. You tend to get cold water showers in budget accommodation in Sri Lanka
Very good place. Carm and quite place. It was matching with my requirements. I was expected to relax. It was there. Staff are very good and helpful.
If you expecting low budget type resort. This place is ideal since price is very reasonable.
In spite of the cheap prices very, very hospitable and attentive hosts. They helped us with trying to book train tickets spontaneously, let us check in earlier and cooked us lunch after a long trip. Thanks a lot for everything!
A great location with a brilliant balcony view. The host were super friendly and the food they cooked was so delicious. Beds were really comfy, I couldn’t fault this home stay!
Spotlessly clean, the owners clearly take a great pride in their guesthouse.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great breakfast.
We left a purse in the room which they kept safe for us until we returned there to collect it.
Although it was at the top of our (meagre) budget, I have no reservation in giving them a 10 rating.
The accommodation was beter than we could wish for.
We are backpackers, on a budget, we stayed here to go the next day to Adam’s peak. We took the big room with the mezzanine and it was just what we needed!
The host was very friendly, they even arrange free transportation to the hotel if needed. The staff were very friendly, even tho we are not the easiest to please.
The room was a bit cold, but on demand you can receive a heater.
And above all that, the room was not overpriced!
