I was supposed to stay for a few days there in the end I extended for 2 weeks. The guys are very nice and friendly. Super helpful and responding on any questions super fast. The rooms are big with nice double bed, mosquitoe net and fan. Spacious living room and full equipped kitchen. With garden and place to park your bike and hang out your washing. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, right near the main public transport terminals in Galle. Having been away from SL for quite a few years, it was exceptionally easy to find.
The food was amazing, I had been craving Sri Lankan food the whole journey down and the food at the Sydney hotel (linked to the snooze station) really hit the spot.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Assisting me in finding my way around and recommendations.
I think I have found my place to stay whenever I make it to Galle!

One of the best hostels I have ever been to. The hospitality is beyond friendliness. The owner, Lesley, is a generous person with an idealistic sense of sharing live, culture and knowledge whereas his staff - Sam and Manoj - have been extremely skilled, offered great traditional food and everlasting smiles.
The comfort and style of the rooms where simple yet elegant, comfortable as well.
I had a great experience overall and can only recommend everyone who is near Unawatuna to stay in this hostel. I would love to come back anytime!
My experience at the Sixth Sense Hostel was absolutely incredible! It was like no other stay I've ever had. The hostel is located in a beautiful and calm place, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager - Sam, always made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic time. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and cozy & relaxing. What's more, there's free laundry. It was truly the best hostel I've ever been to. Totally recommend. You should come and experience it!
The first place we stayed during our trip so it was a good place to recover from jet lag as we didn't plan to do much. The accommodation was right on the beach & was lovely to just step right out onto the sand. The south coast has some strong waves so just be careful when going for a dip! Nice backpacker hostel along the beach that served drinks with a sunset view. Had a few places to eat & fairly priced too.
Amazing location right on the beach, a great view to wake up to, a range of beach bars near by, extremely cheap so it’s perfect if you need a simple place to stay for a night on a budget! It’s rustic and quirky.
Beautiful location, perfect for the sunset, staff are welcoming and attentive and the food served is very good, although the menu is limited. Plenty of places to sit and eat and the toilets and showers are good for a backpackers type of accommodation. If you are young and carefree, want to drink, and listen to music late into the night then this is a good spot, caters for everything you need. If you are on the road and looking for a cheap nights sleep like we were, this is not the venue for you.

Wood strusture is fabulous in this hostel.
Laundry is at cheap rate for unlimited cloth at once.
We can use their kitchen and fridge also.
1-2 min walk there is beach.

Rooms rates also affordable for couples and dormitory also.
Best hostel of the beach, will 100% recommend! Do not hesitate to go here, you have easy and cheap bus or tuktuk from Galle and you will feel at paradise!
