We have been traveling for 11 months now, and this was by far the best hostel we have ever stayed at! The owner, Sammie, is the kindest and so helpful. The excursions he plans are so much fun and exciting! The views around this place are incredible, worth a stay here just for that reason! It was clean, had an amazing atmosphere, and the common areas are great!
Everything was perfect. It's a must if you go to Nong Khiaw. I can say this is the best hostel I've never been, the atmosphere, the mountains, the tranquility... Good value for money, don't hesitate and book.

sai, the host, is super friendly and helpful, the hostel is located nearby the river, it was absolutely clean and comfy, only thing missing was an a/c, despite that, very appealing experience.
Big, clean and spacious rooms. Large double bed with views of the river. Very friendly owne - he refilled the free water in the room every day and offered to clean it. I only booked 1 night but ended up staying for 3. As a solo female traveller I felt safe here. The cheapest place to stay in the area.
