Everything was self check in. They respond so fast and answer all questions. They keep the facility clean and the bed is comfortable for rest after a long day of walking. It really gave comfort that the facility cared about its property to even respect taking shoes at the front.

The staff were friendly. They gave a small welcoming and goodbye treats and the breakfast was ok. They allow to leave your luggage before you check in and after you check out. The place is clean. The location is great since it’s within the shopping/restaurant vicinity.

Great location with a comfortable bed. Room is tiny, but has everything you need (tv even has a Netflix account you can use). The balcony is a really nice to sit and relax and there’s free food and drinks all day long, including bread, noodles and ice cream. It’s also very cheap for Seoul standards. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget but do want a private room.

Great location a short straight walk from the metro. Itaewon was a wonderful neighbourhood with plentiful availaility of vegetarian food (very hard to find in Korea)
Me and my friends came for exchange semester a few days before our dormitory check-in so we stayed at kimstay9 hostel. The owner is so nice, she even gave us sheet masks in the end. The room is small but has everything you need, and the price is so cheap compared to other hostels. The bed even had heated bedsheet, so it was warm and cozy through the night. We really loved it here.
