Great place, I had the dorm to myself and it seems completely new, still smells like wood. There's a big garden and even a bar. Very cosy overall and nice owner. Free laundry as well.

Very quite place, basic structure, but there is everything you can expect. The price is very accessible. Better going by car, public transports are slow.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff were helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food. Thoroughly recommend.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Wonderful hostel, very convenient for henro pilgrims travelling through Zentsuji. The dorm space is very comfortable. Clean with modern showers, a full kitchen and laundry available.
Helpful staff who quickly resolved a miscommunication about the room booking.
Welcomed by an amazing and helpful host I immediately felt home. The place has this hostel feeling, especially from the outside. I stayed a few nights, mainly because it was cheap and it was easy to visit the surrounding Shikoku 88 temples. It has a little kitchenette including a microwave to heat up food. The host also gave me thorough information about how to get to places, very kind and helpful!
lovely town, super cute hostel and the nicest host i met in japan so far, thanks!
