Featuring an indoor hot-spring bath, Hotel Cerulean is a 5-minute walk from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort. The heated rooms include an LCD TV and an en suite bathroom.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rooms were a good size and had a view of the japanese alps. Had a ski storage room and drying room which was handy. Only accommodation we stayed in Japan with a drying room. Nice onsen which was good after days skiing. Location was about 3-4 min walk to ski lifts.

K's House Hakuba Alps - Travelers Hostel, hotel in Otari

A 9-minute walk from JR Kamishiro Station, K's House Hakuba Alps features a common lounge area and rooms with free Wi-Fi. It is located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture.

What I liked the most was that the Japanese owners, the husband and wife, were very good at English. I really appreciated the organization of the garbage sorting system here. It was very organized. I had free access to the kitchen equipment and the common area had a great atmosphere, everyone was sitting together eating, some were checking emails, some were reading books, some were chatting, it was a very intimate atmosphere, and the owner of the hotel also used this area to eat with his own family, I felt like I was at home. I drove to a parking lot that was quite adequate and free.

Keimichi Guest House, hotel in Otari

Located in Hakuba, 9 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Keimichi Guest House provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.

Guest House Keimichi was an extremely welcoming and pleasant place to stay, one of my favorite places I stayed at on the trip. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I am very grateful for letting me leave my baggage for an extra night as well as for helping me with the buses. It had nice common spaces where you can meet other travelers—I met some really nice people there :) The facilities are very good. I especially enjoyed the possibility to use the bikes, which defined my time in Hakuba. Highly reccommended!

Hai Lodge, hotel in Otari

Set in Otari, less than 1 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area, Hai Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge.

I honestly booked this place because it was cheap and it turned out to be probably my all time favourite hostel. Such comfy and chill vibes and surprisingly well catered for a little place. The location is perfect too. Right near the main lifts for Tsugaike resort which is imo the best hill in Hakuba Valley. Definitely will be staying here again next time I'm in Hakuba.

Great location adjacent to the ski slopes and nearby restaurants. As close to ski-in, ski-out as crossing the road. The hosts had recently purchased the hotel and were keen to provide a memorable customer experience. The included breakfast set us up for the day's skiing and the dinner option was excellent.

Great location at the base of Cortina ski resort - the nearest ski lift is 30 seconds away from the hotel. The rooms are huge - very generous size. Buffet breakfast and. dinner are well worth the price, great selection of food and drink. Luggage lockers/ski storage is available prior to checking in: JPY600 Ski lockers are only available once you have checked in (after 1500). The shop in the lobby sells snacks, drinks, souvenirs and basic toiletries.

Great location right on the slopes near the gondola at Tsaigke Kogen. Very clean, nice staff and everything you need for a basic ski lodge style accommodation. The value for money is excellent and the restaurant within the main building is great and very good food and a great selection of wine and Japanese whisky. Drying room, kitchen, free wifi and shared areas.
