We had a very nice stay at the hostel. The hosts were so kind and friendly, giving us much help and travel advice. Thank you for taking us to the train station and letting us enjoy the sight of fireflies. We will cherish these memories of our stay in Japan. Also, we were happy to have the company of the lovely resident cats during our stay.
Amazing host for a fantastic traditional hostel. The room was like expected, the shared bathroom and the kitchen was completely clean. You can wash your clothes for free. Host was helpful in every way imaginable.
good experience living in local house. simple but fully equipment. breakfast is delicious and with smile serving ;). very cheap too.
the location is not easy to find on map until the property owner sent the gps location and it was exactly the house located.
Excellent accommodations in a great location near mt aso and Takachiho gorge. Kawasaki San was very nice and extremely helpful. He provided maps, recommended activities and even helped us get dinner reservations. His dog was also very sweet brightened our trip.
We had a really good time at Wakka. The hosts were so nice. We especially enjoyed their homemade dinner and breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. Great location for Mt. Aso.
