I would recommend this for family with older kids or friends travelling together. The space is huge and it has 4 beds. However the size of the bathroom is similar to most hotels. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. Umbrellas and bicycles are also provided. The location is great if you want to go to disneyland as there is a bus stop which is only a 5 minutes walk away, that takes you straight to disneyland. The main station, which takes you straight to narita airport, is approximately 15 minutes walk. The owner will text you 3 days before your arrival so you can get into the apartment without any issues on the day for check in.

The location is first class. Everything you need is just outside the outer door. The room was clean and warm and well looked after. In the room shower and toilet facilities were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was good when needed.

Nice common room with decent kitchen and roof terrace, everything you'd expect from a hostel. Location was good with easy access to the Metro system, although a bit away from the main attractions.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The staff was amazing! They were so kind each time I asked to exchange my larger yen for smaller bills or came to them with a random question (like where to buy construction worker pants). They saw me repacking my suitcase in the lobby and offered me some bubble wrap to keep an item safe. Wonderful hospitality.
The owners are wonderful kind people, it's running as if it's their own home instead of a hostel. Economical place if you need a place in a hurry. Google Maps leads you to wrong area. It's next to the family mart!
Polite and very helpful staff, VERY clean everything, room is very comfy, breakfast is amazing ❤️ area around is safe and mall and train station is just like 5 min walk.
Great location to visit Kashiwanoha campus with lots of options for meals and easy connection to downtown Tokyo.
