Looking for a hostel?
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about the city. The included breakfast was really good and the view from the roof terrace where it was served is amazing. Hotel is in a great location for visiting Madaba and has free street parking within walking distance.

Central location, parking possible on the street in front, quite cheap, but budget accommodation. If you don't mind all negatives, location is perfect, but that's it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and as a bonus, they have a very pleasant scent. We felt right at home. The hospitality was exceptionally warm. We sincerely thank the family who runs the hotel for making us feel so comfortable and safe. We highly recommend Classy Hostel in Madaba. Lou&Farzine

Everything! The best family run hotel in Jordan. Great location, walking distance to everything in town, safe area. Big common area downstairs, big and clean room, good shower, fast internet, amazing breakfast with plenty of choices and fresh food. The hospitality of the owners was beyond, we felt at home, they were super helpful (we even stayed in touch the rest of our trip and gave us advice and helped us when needed). We can’t recommend them enough, thanks a lot guys!

Our second visit to Black Iris. It’s a really great place to stay while in Madaba and a good base from which to explore the region. Super friendly hotel with great staff. Really clean and stylish, comfy beds, lots of hot water and Netflix on the TV. There is a good breakfast included and dinner is available. Great location, safe car parking.

I really like location of this hotel. It's quite near to the city center. It's also very close to the most famous sightseeing of Madaba - "Madaba map". I really like owner of hostel. He offered us a trip to the Dead Sea and Hammamat Ma'in (Hot Springs and Waterfalls). We confirmed, and everything was extremelly nice during this trip. Price was very cheap comparing to prices of taxists nearby.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Renad the receptionist a sweet woman was super helpful and welcoming. The owner shows a lot of responsibility and care towards guests. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I find the price compared to what I experienced really low. Their taxi driver is cheaper than taking an external taxi. I recommend the hotel definatly for those who want to stay in a budget friendly place and quality service. Lilia

Lovely, clean, silent place run by very nice and helpful volunteers. We stayed in 2 other accomodation in Madaba, but at budget rate, this one is really special. You would need a car, but we were told that ladies can arrange a cheap taxi to the town (3,5km), or even drive you by their own cars if needed. There is also small garden, and playground for kids. Relaxing stay, highly recommended!
