We were greeted and cared for ,with our late arrival 12:30 AM, by a pleasant friendly staff member. The place was well lit,colorful,and had many amenities for the weary traveler.

i loved:
- how clean it was. seriously, i’ve stayed in a lot of questionable hostels lately and this one was very clean!
- a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. i felt like i could come home after a long day (of boiling in florence among the tourists) and relax.
- the staff were really friendly!
- lots of common areas for people to meet or just hangout with a book.
- air conditioning!!!
