Brand new hostel in a beautiful building with contemporary interior design, rooms, common areas, kitchen and terrace are well decorated and maintained by the staff. People were amazingly welcoming, helpful and happy to see you around. Breakfast was so good! I highly recommend it.

Everything was super dirty, it was full of cockroaches in the bathroom. The last day I saw a RAT in the kitchen. The beds are uncomfortable, small, and the mattress sinks. Also the owner was very rude to us when we asked for a couple towels.
Literally the WORST hostel I have ever been to, and I have travelled everywhere.

Great location for exploring the old town on foot. In the evening, you can easily find a parking space nearby. Fairly safe area of the city. The apartments are clean, tidy and spacious. Nice staff, ready to help in a difficult situation.
First of all, the location was perfect. It's in the middle of the center between the shops. It is next to a major street, which also felt safe in the evening. I am very enthusiastic about the hostel and would definitely come back. It was a nice, clean and comfortable hostel. The food that is included is really good. I looked forward to dinner every day. The staff was also very friendly. There was a good atmosphere
Great location especially if you have a car and you can drive to the really good beaches. Because the local beach is not that great. You feel really safe in this gated community. The property is exceptional. And the value for money is sensational.
I loved the shared space with couches etc. where you could meet other young people, I appreciate the age limit and the female-only room option. The bedroom was clean and well kept - I liked the bathroom a lot, it allowed enough privacy despite being shared. There were also all the extra things travellers would need which is great (shampoos, blow dryers…) The staff was very young and friendly too. I felt safe and welcomed there from the moment I stepped in. And the location of this hostel? Absolutely perfect!
Great location close to town and attractions. The hosts are wonderful people. They don't speak great English but they get by and still look after everyone so well. I felt it was a more homey sort of hostel. Lots of people to interact with from all over the world. They put on a nice breakfast too which was included and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The location is great, the dorms are very spacious and there are no bunk beds. The bathroom of my dorm was also very spacious. Overall a very clean hostel. The WiFi worked well both in the reception area and the room. Pietro is such a nice guy who can give a lot of tips about Palermo and tries to help as fast as he can with any need that arises. When the AC was on, it was working well.
A home far away from home, that is the best I can say to describe this place. It is a place were the staff makes us feel at ease, Alessandra was really amazing and even took the effort to come out at night and show Palermo night, and italian alcohol of course. The hostel is not too small or too big and normally we can always find interesting travelers in the social area later in the day. This is a true friendly and social backpacker place. It makes us feel at home and wanting to return, and if cheap flights allow it I will surely come back :)
