I slept in a huge room with the ladies. Everyone was kind and respectful. It was a good experience. The temperature can variate (through window) and I recommend earplugs. LOVED that it is very central, easy to reach and the co-space. Had amazing conversations as it is easy to meet people.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works properly. The hostel is very clean and safe. It's a stone's throw from the main attractions. Offering still and sparkling water for free was the cherry on top for me. It's worth every penny.
Clean room and new furniture. Comfortable bed and pillows. Checking in and out is super easy and fast. Great location if you want to be next to the public transport. The area in itself is not great. Litter everywhere but quiet street and safe. I highly recommend it.
Really great location and stylish room, which was clean and presentable. Exactly as it looked in the pictures. Felt safe and secure. One downside of the great location (not InCanto’s fault) is the level of noise from the street outside, which never stops (even in the middle of the night when the rubbish is collected), so it was not a peaceful place to stay.
I loved the shared space with couches etc. where you could meet other young people, I appreciate the age limit and the female-only room option. The bedroom was clean and well kept - I liked the bathroom a lot, it allowed enough privacy despite being shared. There were also all the extra things travellers would need which is great (shampoos, blow dryers…) The staff was very young and friendly too. I felt safe and welcomed there from the moment I stepped in. And the location of this hostel? Absolutely perfect!
Great location close to town and attractions. The hosts are wonderful people. They don't speak great English but they get by and still look after everyone so well. I felt it was a more homey sort of hostel. Lots of people to interact with from all over the world. They put on a nice breakfast too which was included and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The location is great, the dorms are very spacious and there are no bunk beds. The bathroom of my dorm was also very spacious. Overall a very clean hostel. The WiFi worked well both in the reception area and the room. Pietro is such a nice guy who can give a lot of tips about Palermo and tries to help as fast as he can with any need that arises. When the AC was on, it was working well.
