Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Wonderful hotel in a great location, right in the town center and close to the ski slopes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. It had a large balcony with a table and chairs, and a small desk with a kettle. Breakfast was rich, with many sweet and savory options.
To avoid getting stuck in the snow, we left the car in Campodolcino, took the funicular up to Motta, and from there to Madesimo the free shuttle bus, which arrives very close to the hotel.
Great location for the skiing and the village centre. Clean, warm, and well appointed. The hosts were so helpful.
