The hosts were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee were tasty. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location to walk into town and provided parking - a huge plus!

- how clean it was. seriously, i’ve stayed in a lot of questionable hostels lately and this one was very clean!
- a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. i felt like i could come home after a long day (of boiling in florence among the tourists) and relax.
- the staff were really friendly!
- lots of common areas for people to meet or just hangout with a book.
- air conditioning!!!
