The owners are very nice but I only ever interacted with them through WhatsApp. They were very kind and answered many questions I had about the area (how to get there from Aosta, how to take the bus, etc.). The whole place is very clean and has amazing views of Forte Di Bard as well as the valley. Washrooms were great and the whole place was very spacious. I had an entire room to myself which was great. I can't complain about amenities either, they provide kettles, microwaves, etc. as well as tea which was great.

The host is very accommodating and friendly. He waited for us even if we came later than the check-in hours. The place is very clean and comfortable and at a great location.
The hotel is in a great location. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helped us to solve some issues. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall, we had a good experience and we would stay there again.
Great location, walking distance from the center of Biella and also the train station. Grocery store very close by too. Which was very helpful since we did day trips to Torino, Milano and Como.
This is a hostel based in the quaint historic center of Biella, where you will feel to have gone back in time !
Facilities are basic and clean, with the added bonus that the building hosting it is spacious and historic with a lovely courtyard. It is very accessible price-wise.
