Accommodation location is excellent, facilities are as described and Marco was very helpful. Room can be extra locked from inside (great for solo traveller safety), bathroom had shower gel and shampoo, kitchen was well equipped and AC was great.
The views from the room are out of this world. We were so appreciative that we had reserved sun loungers at the beach every day, the hosts went above and beyond. They were so helpful and kind and made us feel very welcome. We felt very safe at the property and nothing was a bother. Andrea and his family gave us recommendations on places to eat in Anzio too. We can’t thank them enough, we enjoyed our stay so much!
Great location
close to the beach, city center, but quiet. Very clean room and bathroom. Not hot as there is air conditioning and the windows are covered with roll downs. Comfortable enough.
Very nice and caring host family. Great location, just several steps down to the beach. Tramendous view at Sunset from terrace just in front of the room. Tasty breakfast with sweet cakes, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, ham, salami, cheese, egg ommelete or scrambled eggs as per your preference. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset House and still come back in our minds.

Very comfortable, new apartments. There are plenty of places to park your car, a large closed and safe area for children. Caring and sociable hosts. Magnificent view from the terrace.
The place was very near the train station and walkable to many restaurants around the area. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean and safe. A great location for a gateaway in Anzio.
