The room was attractive and clean. Check in was a breeze, and the chocolate was a lovely surprise. It was very easy to walk over to the hostel for delicious meals. I enjoyed walking the footpath in the woods across the street. Nice location on the Golden Circle!
Location on the Golden Circle was perfect and we loved our view of the lake. The rooms are small and basic but clean and comfortable. I realized that I stayed here (in the same room!) 10 years ago when it was a youth hostel. There is a nice common area with a view of the lake, coffee and tea and a bar.
The breakfast was nice (not included) and there is a lovely bistro a short walk away and a basic grocery next door. The bird life along and on the lake is wonderful - we heard lions calling in the evening. Fontana spa is nearby.
Super friendly. Very good value for money. Great recommendations for breakfast nearby. Great location. Lovely large bathroom and shower.
