Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in- really is like a little paradise. Great food and friendly staff! Beds were comfy and placed the best they could be for privacy, you get your own socket and shelf :)
Food is amazing and a very good price for Iceland!
By far the best hostel I have ever stayed at.
The staff was amazing, superfriendly and helpful.
They even have a sauna and a hot tub!
Arrived too late to try the food but it looked great.
The rooms are nice and clean, you can tell this place is run by people who really care and knows about service. LOVED it, want to come back :)
The hostel is modern and has a range of facilities that made our stay very comfortable: a hot tub and sauna on the rooftop, which are open till late at night; ample storage in the room; a drying area for boots and clothes.
The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help and provide advice on what to do in the area.
The food at the restaurant of the hostel was great. There was a nice atmosphere at the bar on Saturday night, with a band playing live music.
The best hostel we stayed during our stay in Iceland. Totally recommended!
Best hostel in Iceland, family-owned. The staff are actual owners and so they make you count. Little things like boot dryers after getting soaked outside really make your day. Oh and hot bath tube with sauna after that, oh yes. The beds were more than beds - thick curtains and a little private space at the front of the bed make this easily the best hostel in Iceland.
one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Super modern, clean and comfy beds. OUTDOOR HOT TUB and SAUNA - I mean, how is this even real?
super friendly staff and good location. on top of that the cheapest hostel I found in Iceland so far! Highly recommend.
