The staff was very friendly and we chilled a lot with them, met great people who were visiting and made a bunch of new friends. Great place to visit if you like walking around and relaxing. Food was decent across the board, with the paneer and choley bhaturey actually being pretty good!

Awesome location. Well cooperative staff especially Sh Pardeep Thakur ji owner. He take care of all your needs. Love and respect for him. Rooms are spacious and clean and on very good location. Safe for family. Really enjoy hospitality there. 💯 percent recommended.
Booked the private room which is at a cottage several metres downhill from the main hostel/ road. Firstly, the room is lovely/ cozy and has required amenities though many of which were not working (heater, geyser, light, kettle) initially, though upon informing they were fixed or replaced in some time. The surroundings/view is great and unique. Cafe is too far from cottage but has a nice warm and friendly vibe. Staff is very friendly.
This hostel is absolutely good, facilities are cleaned daily. Mr. Abhijeet & other staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile, you should be exploring the wonderful city of Florence.
I stayed in a 4 bed mixed and had no complaints whatsoever - of course reviews like this makes this a popular place to stay.
