I stayed for a week so I believe I could assess fairly accurately the conditions of the property and communication with staff. Most of the reception staff was kind, informative and attentive. The location was about 2 km from a metro station. They installed keypunch security pads on the doors for safety. They installed CCTV cameras in the common areas. Accommodation includes about 6 simple complimentary breakfast meals you could choose from, such as eggs and toast or muesli and toast. It had decent cost performance value for the area and quality of what you received. The other travelers staying there that I met were mostly good people. They had an in-house laundry service which was convenient. They have an (old) elevator that can take you up to the 4th floor. They are pretty good with safety issues and pro-active in these matters.

The location and the property💖💕My favorite part was coming back to the hostel and seeing the cheerful smiles that greeted me as I entered. The dorms are really comfortable and the management is extremely supportive whenever an issue arises. The connectivity if this area is amazing. Local bus stop is just minutes walk away and metro is 5 min walk away.
The area is very safe, bustling near to all prime attractions like malls, pubs etc.
Also Saket metro station is a 5 minute walk away and yellow line of metro connects all important spots of old Delhi, like Chandni chowk, Can aught Place, Railway station , ISBT and many more...
Hide-In has improved amazingly over the years, they have really upped their game in facilities and cleanliness.
The rooftop is amazing.
