this hostel in sibenik was just as nice as the very first one i stayed at in zadar! the dorm was clean/spacious and had lockers too. The bathroom was clean & spacious with hooks on the door. it had large communal areas upstairs and down. A large spacious kitchen. Lots of areas to meet other guests. This family run hostel felt like being in a family home with super helpful friendly accommodating and informative staff - i liked it so much i came back for a longer stay. violetta and her son go out of their way to help you out and recommend great places they really help you enjoy the local area providing heaps of information. This family work super hard to make it a clean and enjoyable relaxing place to stay so please help them by keeping areas like the kitchen and rooms and bathrooms clean - i noticed the odd guest treated it like a hotel and left the staff to clean up the kitchen and bathroom instead of cleaning up after themselves. I found this hostel perfect ... Also there was plenty of space to dry clothes after returning from swims or if washing clothes. It was so close to everything and also despite being so close to the bus station it was quiet and soundproof. As a female solo traveler this place was great it had a mix of guests of all age groups and all styles of traveler some returning year after year

Kind staff, clean room - AC in the room. Next to the bus station, and ferry port. Good size bathroom. Relaxed atmosphere. And I slept well. No issues at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend the hostel firstly because of the vibes and then the location. It as extremely peaceful and quiet, but everyone was friendly, mindful and respectful of each other. The surrounding streets are also not noisy, and the view from the roof terrace is awesome. The hostel is close to every important sight in the city and everything is walking distance. Staff is wonderful. The beds are comfy & sturdy and there is enough locker space for all your stuff. The locks are actually working and I felt extremely safe leaving my personal things and staying in the hostel. The ratio of price and quality is also quite good. Definitely would recommend choosing it whenever visiting.

Marko is a great host. Very friendly energy, it was one of the best hostel experiences. Very clean rooms and bathroom and the shared area is really nice to connect and chill. The location is both very close to the sea and the festival area. Would definitely come back again!

Best hostel I've ever been too. The place was comfortable, the view from the terrace is amazing. They also own a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a little café connected to it. My friends are getting sick of my shameless promotion for this place and city.

Shared toilets and shower cubicles weren't an issue as they were quiet and spotlessly clean.

The stay in Hostel splendido was amazing. I ´ve travelled together with my mum and we really enjoyed the stay. The family business is really authentic and so welcoming. The family is working together, always able for good recommendations as well as for a nice talk. they ve been so nice to us. All in all - the terrace & kitchen is really welcoming for meeting new people. And the location is placed perfectly. Thanks for thatt amazing stay!!
Ljubica, the wonderful host, was an absolute pleasure and made me feel at home immediately. This is not your typical hostel- it is tranquil, location is perfect and all the guests during my stay were very sweet and considerate. All the bunk beds are hand crafted and provide optimal privacy and total comfort. I felt very safe as a solo traveller and would absolutely recommend!
