The staff were extremely friendly and nice! They made us feel very comfortable and at ease, which is what you want on your summer vacation. The rooms were simply furnished, but had all we needed. More importantly, they were air-conditioned, and there was plenty of parking space behind the building. We took the option of having breakfast (which is vegetarian) at the hostel, and were very happy about that, too. There was a nice beach just about 10 minutes away by car, and it was also easy enough to get back on the road and make day trips to other places we wanted to visit in Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy.

This is a beautiful old building that has been renovated. The rooms are super clean and brand new. The staff is really nice and helpful,and the location is beautiful.

Great location in Rijeka’s old part of the city, with Cafe’s out the front door. The apartment was excellent, clean, and well equiped. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. The host was ver helpful and check-in was easy.

The room and the hostel itself are in pretty modern style. Everything was clean and there was a nice balcony to chill and meet new people. The check-in could be done at any time and the host was available, the cleaning staff welcoming and nice. Overall a nice experience.

The vibes in the hostel are super good! The staff is the nicest, especially Nenad, a great gentle giant who should need a pay raise. It is normal to get to meet new people and start chatting with everybody. The kitchen is clean and there is everything if you wanna cook your favorite meal. The toilets were clean enough. The location is super good, close to the best beaches in town and close to all the main services you can look for.
We ended up here quite by accident, as a two night get away from inadvertently booking ourselves into a grim youth hostel in Zagreb. Trying desperately to make the best of a bad situation, we booked this on a whim. This is a beautiful building in a great location. The owner is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and helpful. The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything you could want. The air conditioning was delicious to come back to after a hot day of exploring. It was perfect for the couple of days of respite we needed.
