Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Big room and big beds - no bunk beds which was nice. Only stayed for one night before a 3 day trek so didn't get to see all of the hostels facitlitiies.
I got recommended that hostel and I was very happy to stay there - People who worked there were so helpful and both staff and hostel guests were very nice, I liked that you have separate beds instead of bunk beds
Loved this hostel, super helpful and friendly staff matched by the guests that stayed there. Was a great place to meet fellow travelers and Spanish students. The kitchen was well-equipped for home meal cooking. The bar upstairs was fun too. Bed was comfy, shower was warm if a little weak. Great location close to the central park with restaurants/cafes etc.
Great location just a short walk to the park and near plenty of restaurants/bars and market food stalls. The hostel offers trips and shuttles at really good value. We didn't use these facilities but a tour we had already booked was just a fraction of the price at the hostel. The terrace had a beautiful view of the city and the kitchen was out there too which was lovely. You could message the owner for any questions that you had.
so amazing for the price! So spacious, lockers, great kitchen. amazing terrace and the staff are fantastic! We came back 😄 great location and very clean and safe
Comfortable bed and warm room (6 bed dorm) compared to others. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar with a great view but no party hostel. Easy to meet other backpackers.
The hostel has a great location and atmosphere. I loved their terrace - it's super big, has a great view and i found it the perfect spot to meet both locals and foreigners and socialize.
There's also a nice and well equiped kitchen in case you want to cook.
I was lucky to be alone in the dorm, which was very confortable, spacious and clean.
Would definitely stay again!
Great hostel in Xela. Nice rooftop terrace and bar with great views and a relaxed atmosphere, with good live music on certain days of the week. Great location in the centre of Xela. Through the hostel, lots of good tours can be organised, for example climbing Santa Maria volcano, or shuttles around the country. Very good value room.
The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful, in particular Tom, who was great fun to chat with.
